Te Wāhanga Tuatahi, Wiki tuarima // Term 1, week 5

1)       KOHI PŪTEA // FUNDRAISER: Thank you to whānau for your support with this. It was great to have so many whānau involved with this event. Well done!

2)       MATAATUA KAPA HAKA SENIOR REGIONALS: Congratulations to Matua Tama and Whaea Nene for their performance and success with Tauira Mai Tawhiti in qualifying for Te Matatini 2027. Thank you to Matua Rōpata and to those students who attended in support.

3)       IMPORTANT HUI WHĀNAU: Week 7: Wednesday 18th March @ Kura, 5.30pm (kai), 6.00pm Hui starts:  There will be an important hui whānau held to discuss the exciting future of the kura. It is critical that all whānau are represented at this hui

4)       HAERENGA KI TE KAHA // TE KAHA TRIP: Week 8, Monday 23rd March to Friday 27th March. There is no longer a kura wide hui, tomorrow, for this. Instead, Pungapunga and Petānia students have their own hui tomorrow at 4.30pm with Matua Tama and Whaea Nene to discuss their class kaupapa as well as the trip. Kua Mātāmua students will have trip details messaged to them. We look forward to this trip.

5)       RĀ POUAKO ANAKE // TEACHER ONLY DAY:  Week 6, Monday 30th March, is a TEACHER ONLY DAY due to staff professional development taking place that day. Our apologies, in advance, for any inconvenience caused.

6)       HUI POUMARUMARU: Our next board meeting is Tuesday, 31st March, at 6.30pm.

7)       ABSENCE NOTIFICATION: A reminder to whānau that it is important that they contact the school if a student is away or going to be away. You can ring the school and leave a message, or email tari@ngapuke.school.nz
